FISHERMAN'S SOUP - 4 500 Ft 

The secret to a perfect Fisherman's Soup lies in using the finest quality fish and paprika. Staying true to this tradition, we prepare ours with premium carp from Sziki and finely powdered paprika from Fajsz.


Package includes

400ml prepared fish soup, 2x80g sliced cooked carp fillet, 50g heat-treated fish milt.

 

Preparation method

Simply bring it to a boil. All you need to do is prepare some crispy bread or cooked vermicelli to serve alongside.

DUCK LEG CONFIT - 4 500 Ft

The carefully seasoned duck legs are slow-cooked in spiced duck fat for hours to achieve a buttery tenderness and rich flavor.

Package includes

One piece of fattened duck leg (raw weight 500g) and approximately 50g of flavored duck fat, vacuum-sealed.

Preparation method

Place the vacuum-sealed bag in boiling water and let it heat for 5-10 minutes without further heating. During this time, the fat will melt, and you can easily lift the duck leg out and place it in a baking tray (save the fat for later use). Roast the leg in a fan-assisted oven preheated to 200°C until it turns golden and crispy. Depending on your oven, this will take 10-20 minutes.

PIKE PERCH FILLETS  - 3 500 Ft

Nowadays, it's a rare treat to serve pike perch fillets at the Christmas table, with crispy skin and tender, juicy, snow-white flesh that’s an inch thick. In this case, success is almost guaranteed!

Package includes

One or two gently heat-treated pike perch fillets with skin, 180g per serving, vacuum-sealed.

Preparation method

In a non-stick pan, sear the fish skin in a little oil for about 3-4 minutes, allowing the fish to warm through. No further intervention is needed. (Basting with a bit of butter towards the end will add even more flavor.)

BÉKÉS-STYLE STUFFED CABBAGE WITH SMOKED PORK RIB - 3 000 Ft

Békés-style stuffed cabbage is made with pickled cabbage leaves and seasoned with a rich blend of spices, featuring pork shoulder as the main ingredient. The small cabbage garnish are enriched with sour cream, and each serving includes a piece of smoked, cooked pork rib, which is braised together with the dish.

Package includes

In the vacuum-sealed bag, you’ll find 2x100g of stuffing, one piece of bone-in smoked pork belly, and approximately 300g of cabbage garnish.

Preparation method

The vacuum-sealed bag should be gently heated in a pot of simmering water for about 15 minutes, after which it is ready to be served.

ROASTED BABY POTATOES WITH THYME AND CONFIT GARLIC - 1 400 Ft

Thoroughly wash the roasting potatoes, cut them in half, and season generously. Bake them in the oven along with garlic cloves, using grapeseed oil for a perfect finish. Both side dishes pair excellently with the duck leg and pike perch fillet.

Package includes

The vacuum-sealed bag contains 300g of potato side dish, providing a generous portion.

Preparation method

The vacuum-sealed bag should be gently heated in a pot of simmering water for about 10 minutes before serving. Alternatively, it can be reheated in a pan or oven.

  • When ordering by e-mail, the response time is 24 hours (on working days).

  • Pick-up and payment: 23rd of December during opening hours and 24th of December between 12:00-15:00

The offer is valid while supplies last. Orders are considered final only when confirmed and approved by the restaurant. The restaurant reserves the right to request a deposit depending on the value of the order. In such cases, the order becomes final only after the deposit has been received. Confirmed orders cannot be canceled, and failure to collect the order does not exempt the customer from paying the full amount.
